Union County Writers' Club



Welcome To Our Site

The Union County Writers’ Club, based in Union County North Carolina, was formed to foster the art of writing in Union County. The UCWC strives through support, awareness and recognition of all writers to encourage the talents found in Union County. The membership is open to novice, expert, amateur, or professionals. Activities include workshops, contests, an annual literary tea, and meetings. Monthly meetings and workshops are open to the public.

Meetings are held at 7PM on the third Tuesday of each month at the Arts Council Building on 120 N. Main Street in Monroe, North Carolina.

The newly published Union County Writers' Club Anthology, Take Flight, is now available. Contact the UCWC for information or to purchase.
